HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Upon order placement, printing commences immediately, rendering subsequent changes impossible as processing begins at the warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If incorrect details such as delivery address, email, or phone number are given, reach out to customer service immediately to rectify before dispatch. Responsibility for any extra expenses due to delivery issues falls on the customer if the order is already en route.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Our UK delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Europe and US order can be expected between 3 and 10 business days

We offer free 2-3 day delivery shipping on all UK orders over £20.
All orders received before 08 pm will be shipped the same day

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE? 

Your order will be dispatched promptly. Once taken by Royal Mail, you can monitor its progress using the provided tracking reference. If you don't get a tracking number, please reach out to us via our contact form.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE PARCEL IS DISPATCHED?

Regrettably, address changes are not possible once the package has departed from our facility.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Sure, there's a 30-day return policy for items bought at pixieposters.co.uk. Please note that personalized posters and photos are excluded from this policy.

DOES IT COST TO RETURN ITEMS?

We currently offer 30-day free returns on all orders. Customers have a 30-day window to return their orders free of charge.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

The package must be prepared in the same manner as when received from us. Re-roll posters in protective paper to prevent shifting during transit. Secure with sticky tape for easy removal from the tube upon return.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

For product exchanges, treat like a regular return. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Refund given upon receipt. Proceed with new purchase.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

In case of a damaged or incorrect item, promptly notify our Customer Service within 30 working days of delivery for resolution.

Please do not return any defective items to us.
